Fortunately very little damage, except to my nerves. It hit between 7.30pm and 1am and was very scary especially when the power went off. If anyone remembers the 1986 hurricane that hit southern england then it was just like that.
My heart goes out to you, hopefully we will never see another one of those. We are in an earthquake area too but nothing more than mild tremors since we came 8 years ago.

Thanks Lynda, were all fine, I think when you see all the catastrophies gooing on around the world ours was a walk in the park, frightening as it was, nobody was injured, I think we are all more concerned that something like this will trigger Mount Teide to blow, it's due!!!I've started building my raft! lol.xxx
