I've used both, but tend to use the cut out ones more. The first few times i cut them out myself i had shares in plasters. I cut myself so many times using scissors i found cack handed and couldn't manage. My o/h offered once and he messed them up beyond repair, Hence i have never asked him again and i think he's happy with that just another thing he admitts i do better than him. lol.
