Anne it doesn't appear that Terri is a member of the forum.
You'd probably be best off opening a ticket on the main CUP site
so they can pass the message on to Terri.

Go to the main CUP site.
In your control panel, there should be a option to open a ticket.

If not go to the bottom of the page and click on the Contact Us link.

You can open a ticket from there.
