Red face question for Carol Clarke

I have just purchased son anniversary scallop edge ref CUP 121247_359.
I know my ink levels are low, can you tell me if the borders are supposed to be different colours I seem to have a mixture of bronze and silver is this correct please

Hi Jenny,

I'm not sure if it's your printer or ink but if you look at the card made by Helen Tullio (further down the page on the listing) the sheet prints out to be a bronze and a lighter gold colour which could look a bit more of a silvery colour around the hearts, but printers and inks can print the colours differently.

Thanks, I think I will print again when I have replaced the ink as it does not look right to me, and it is such a lovely card I don't want to spoil it
Jenny

Not a problem Jenny. I have contacted Helen Tullio and she says it prints out beautifully for her with the frame printing out a slightly different gold but it is meant to be like that - to make it look embossed. She sells her cards and said she'd never had any complaints from any of her customers regarding any of my designs either. She did also say that it could be the paper or card you are printing onto that might be making a difference too.
