They send it to your e-mail address, Joyce, the one that is connected to CUP. If you make an ORDER from cup then it will go into your Control Panel. I gather that you have played the Tombola to know that you have received two free downloads.

If you still don't receive it (I had mega problems before) then send in a Support Ticket explaining the problem. I had to use another e-mail address for the problem to be resolved.

You might need to check your deleted items folder in your email program - it might be treating them as spam and filtering your freebies out for you. Most email from CUP go straight into my deleted items folder, no matter how many times I tell the program they are 'not junk'!

If they are not there, then do as everyone above is suggesting and ask for help direct from the CUP techies.
