Hi I wondering if you could design a sheet for me please.

I quite like cup260847_543, with the cat on it. I want a card for my Mum's 75th Birthday. She has a black and white cat and likes roses and gerberas, she wouldn't like the sunflowers at all, so would it be possible to make a new for me please? Also could it be decoupage, but not as basic as this one, I like a lot of depth.
