Hi Lexisnana

If you set the Silhouette Studio software to print out to your printer with the registration marks in place, and then feed the printout into your Cameo in the direction indicated in the software, it will cut out any cut lines where indicated in the design, so Yes, the Cameo has the Print & Cut feature, the same as the CraftROBO.

Have fun with your new Cameo when it arrives. I've had mine for just over a week now and am having a lot of fun experimenting with different weights of paper and cardstock in it, trying out stuff that my CraftROBO had trouble with or had to be cut twice.

cameo

Hi Gwyneth, thank you so much for the advice you gave regarding the cameo cutting machine. Like yourself I am now experimenting with mine and what a difference! I could not get to grips with my craft robo lite and consequently put it back in the box, I must have used it about half a dozen times but I'm having so much fun with the cameo now and feel I can create so many different aspects of card making now. Thank you once again for your help. Take care x

Hi Katie

The Cameo is the latest electronic/digital cutting machine for crafters from the Silhouette stable of machines. It follows on from the CraftROBO, CraftROBO Lite, CraftROBO Silhouette, etc.. It's got a larger 12 x 12" cutting mat, or can cut long banners from vinyl rolls without a mat. It's also got a stronger motor than the earlier machines so can cut comfortably out of 350gsm cardstock, whereas the previous Silhouette machines couldn't.

You can see some information about it - here. Or you could do a search for the Silhouette Cameo on YouTube and see lots of clips about the machine.

Here's a link to a great intro video on the print and cut feature on the Silhouette Cameo:
