Stash!!

Right, who is guilty of hoarding their stash, too nice to use?, keeping it for special card/s? buy it and hide it Do you get told off for buying? Do you go on TV channel for craft shows?, Love to hear what you all get up to with your STASH!!!

Igot more stuff than Iuse then Iget it home put it somewhere safe then when Inext make a card I have to bye new things as I mislaid the old new things if you no what I mean so that is why my bedroom is a tip and I know that I have a floor in there some where just carnet find it as yet but its like being a kid again when we use to play with beads and shiny things and all we have to say is we are crafters

Definately me to.

My hubby can't complain though as he is exactly the same with nails and screws. He has a tool box bursting with them but when he needs some he has to go to the diy store and buy a new pack!!!! Why is this??

Well I'm gonna hold my hands up to this one, I terrible for hording stash, I hate using the nicies because - well you never know!!!!!! and I only get nicies so that says it all

That sounds just like me.........lol I have stuff I havnt used for years because
a) its too nice to use
b) waiting for that special occassion.
I also get told off for buying and as Ive spent far too much over the years I now have to ask for hubbys permission to buy anything.......lol
Its my b/day this month and he has said he will take me to the Range but I can only spend a small amount. It makes me think twice about what Im going to get as he will only let me have what I need. At least it helps me make up my mind. I cant go without him as I am in an attendant wheelchair so I used to shop online but thats not possible anymore. Hes done that with horses too........lol. When I got to 55 ( one for every year of my life.....lol.) he said no more. We live in a one-bedroom flat so I really understand where hes coming from.
Just in case anyone thinks he's mean. Well he isnt and in the past hes been far too generous so now hes trying to be sensible........lol

Have done it in the past, but I was thinking: if you die, you can't take it all with you, so better use it up to make room for new gorgeous stuff.......

If you never use it and only buy new stuff, you will not need an extra room but an extra house in the end.

I do this, I have boxes of papers, toppers, charms etc. that are just too nice to use....

I used to hoard, but with 6 kids its hard to find room to put anything, All i have now for storage is my desk, So i have my main tools , papers and stamps, and my printer, thats about it, I find it a lot easier now as i dont have to trawl through mountians of stuff to find an embellishment for a card, lol

Ellie, whatever would make you think that I would STASH?!?

I do have my special occasions only items--problem is, nothing is ever special enough!
