I was so thrilled the other day to see lot's of sales on my live cards but when I check crafter's report it says I only have 4 sales can anyone tell me why this is as on my live cards they add up to 48 sales confused

The sales only show on a daily basis. Each day starts afresh with the sales for that day only. I think this is what you mean

Thanks Diane I'm not sure it's all very new to me if I go into my control panel and look at live cards they all have several sales next to them but when I scroll down to the very bottom where it says I am a bronze crafter it says I have 0.16p sales I dont know if I'm explaining this very well sorry

Okay, what you are seeing is the total number of sales for that sheet, it does not necessarily reflect the number of sales since you uploaded your finished card. You just happened to be the one to take the star as you wanted to upload the finished product. The other purchasers probably were not registered crafters. You need to look in the crafters reports to see what you made your sales commission. And as Diane stated it only reflects the current date sales, but you can set the parameters to show all the sales since you started uploading to see how much you have earned, if you want to go back that far (not sure how long you have been uploading). Hope this helps. I did not even know about that listing until you asked the question, so I have learned something new from your post.

Thanks I think I get it now I thoughtthat because all these numbers suddenly appeared next to my live cards that they were sales for me because they werent there before I thought it meant that that was how many sales since I bought and uploaded the sheets.I am very new to this and have only been adding cards for a couple of weeks thank you so much for your help.your cards are lovely by the way.
