I believe you'll have to raise a Support Ticket Edna. I don't think we can remove a card from the competition gallery. Don't know whether you'll be able to go to the location of your incorrectly loaded image, Select Image Options and Edit Image, and then Browse to find the correct image on your PC/Laptop. It may be possible, but I think your best bet is to raise a Support Ticket. GG

AWWW Edna, don't give up honey xxx here on the forum picture file sizes need to be around 2 megabits, I think the same applies to the competition pics too, it should be that you have your camera set to take pics at around 3 megapixels, that way they should upload with no problems, have you trieds re-sizing your pic to this file size?? or are you able to re-take the pic??? keep trying Edna xxxx TC DIane xx

Hi Edna
We've been told in the past by Admin - here - that the maximum dimention size that a picture can be for uploading to the competition gallery is 1000 pixels wide. Do you have the option to rezise by pixel dimesion, rather than dots per inch, or final file size in your software? GG

Hello Friends. I am interested in this post! Can one of you tell me what is the competition for, and what does the winner achieve? Not that I feel competent enough to enter a competition yet, but one day I may!
Does the card have to be of your own design, or can it be one of the designer's cards on Cup?
Thank you all for the information, John.

| Hi John
Click - here - and you'll find the competition gallery with the details. It's a competition for making a card on a particular theme using any download from CUP. The winner gets a trophy and a voucher. GG
