Hi again,

Once again, thank you for taking the time to take a look at my albums and leaving such lovely comments for me.

Re the 'cricket' one ... do you know, it never occurred to me that cricket wasn't a world-wide sport, lol. I guess that's what happens when I have a hubby who brain wshes me with so much sport on tv, lol.

Funny thing, isn't it? Cricket looks a little similar to baseball, though. You don't see lawn bowling here, either. We go to the 'bowling alley'.

The differences between various cultures is interesting.

I suppose you could say cricket is like baseball, (now, that I always think of as 'rounders' which is from my school days.
However, the aim in cricket is to hit the ball well away and run between to points which are in a straight line and are opposite each other. I dare say they are an exact measurement apart, but I've not idea what that is, lol.
I know that in baseball, there is a circle to negotiate with stopping points along the way.

I admit to not being very interested in cricket .... it so often seems boring to me, but evidently not to its followers, lol.
