| There's No Hope! Lol Hi everyone, Yesterday, while there was still good light, I took a good number of photos of some of my cards. Pleased I had got it done I had told myself I would see about uploading to albums during the evening. A little while later, after I'd had a break from cUp for having my evening meal, I settled myself in front of the computer and reached for my camera, to take out the memory stick for insertion into my printer. Oh no!! Duh!! No memory stick!! It was still in my printer from the previous session I'm blaming Bob's mum ... I'm sure she had something to do with it! I guess I'll be double checking for a while, lol Hugs JH

Oh Noooooo I have a USB cable I prefer to upload through because that way I don't have to take the card out
But then I've also 'thought' I'd uploaded pics and deleted the items on the card, only to find that I hadn't uploaded the pics.
That hurts just as much |

| Hi everyone, Well, I'm glad I'm not alone in my 'madness' lol, although of course I don't wish this to happen to anyone. However, poor Keeley's problem puts mine into prespective doesn't it! That is a good tip there, Carol Lepard and I may well follow that rule too ... just got to remember to do it, lol. Thanks everyone. Hugs JH

Sorry to hear about the photos. At least you can take them again. But you know the photos should still be on your camera. You don't need the SD card in there. That is just to store the photos. If you have bluetooth on your camera and computer you can download without using any cables but this probably started approx 2-3 years ago so if your computer or camera are older than that then you probably don't have this facility.
Hope you get them all again.

Hi Janet.
You mentioned needing the good light to take your pics, have you thought about making a light box? I made one for taking pics of my cards and jewellery (if you have a look at some of my gallery youll spot which ones I took Im sure)
I simply cut the front and top off a cardboard box, draped it in an old cream silk dressing gown and for light used one of those cheap clip on lights (think it was only a couple of quid from wilkinsons!) I can take photos day and night and the light reflects them lovely.
Just an idea if you find it difficult!
