Frame around image

I'm so sorry but I'm not sure which section to enter my request.

I have many single images and would like to add a decorative frame around them, and just wondered if anyone could advise how to do this, or a good software programe that would be easy to use.

Many thanks
Susan

If you have Paint on your computer you could use that. Open the image you want to frame and then add your .png frames over the images.

The 2 most common graphic programs are Paintshop Pro (PSP) and Photoshop (PS) or the latests is Creative Suite (CS), Both PS and CS are Adobe programs and PSP is Corel.

They are both quite expensive (PS/CS being the more expensive) but you can download 30day trial versions.
PSP is the more user friendly, and theres a lot more tutorials around for it also.

Both programs have default frames you could use or if you learnt the programs you could make your own. Plus there is lots in the Designer Rescources here at CUP.

If you want to give PSP a try, (trial) then PM me and I'll give you my forum where you can do lessons to learn the basic tools. They are free lessons.

Hope that helps you a little.
