Hi all, and thank you for your kind words.
I make cards as a hobby as it's something I can do most of the work in bed with my damaged leg elevated. Aren't lap trays, laptop computers and wireless conection fantastic?
Yep, it is hours of work - hours of looking over sheets on CUP to decide what to buy as there's such a lot of choice - such a hard job

; hours of looking at my laptop flicking through what I've bought to decide which sheets I'll print out on what media and plan how I want to make up the card - choices, choices, so many choices

; cutting I have to do as and when my hands and arms are relatively pain free to do the cutting - sometimes this is just theraputic if my hands are relatively pain free but my leg is in more pain and it can be done any time of the day or night without disturbing anybody else in the house

; after the planning the actual putting together is the quickest bit - I tend to do batches of 6 to a dozen

; glittering - well glitter glue or glitter gel pens make this an easier job than it use to be so I've not had my pots of glitter out very often lately, which is a good thing as I have to dust down my bed to get the glitter out before I go to sleep after every glittering session, and I still get covered in the stuff; cleaning up afterwards - cleaning? what's that Diane?
Platinum - not a chance! Isn't it four times as many as I've got now? So that's at least another three years. Don't know how those who've reached this landmark already have done so. Do they have a team of elves working tirelessly in their craft room day and night?
Need to get seriously into making lots of Christmas cards now so will be making up a few more of the nativity ones I've already made, and also large batches of quick to make ones, though I'm sure I'll get the odd few up to CUP in the meantime as I've already got half a dozen sheets put in reserve and a few more I've got my eye on.
Once again, thanks for your kind words.
