Diane Allen

The lady who recently posted a card in my gallery has mistakenly put up the wrong card. The card doesn't match the sheet. For reference the sheet is Fisherman 3D panel but the card has a different image to that on it.

I don't want to embarrass the lady by naming her but would just like to let her know so she can change the image.

I would send in a support ticket so cup could quarrantine the card and let the cardmaker know

It so easily happens, you get SO excited when you are popping your cards into the gallery.... best to send in a support ticket as Dianne says - the CUP team will sort this out straight away for you!

It happened to me so I sent a ticket to the support team and they sorted it out for me. It is easily done. I have even put a wrong picture with my design on one occassion - silly me.

Haa.. bet you haven't listed a card and then realised it had a piece of spagetti strung across it where you where so addicted to CUP that you sat eating while trying to manage the mouse at the same time...that one had to come off pretty pronto!!!!!

this has hapened to me i put a card up which maatched the drop down but when i loaded it it does not match and i dont know how to change it for the right one because the dropdown bit says it is that card.

Hi Gail. If, for whatever reason, you find that a card you've uploaded doesn't match the sheet it's landed up against then you need to make a note of the cup number and design name the incorrect card is up against then log into your "Card Maker Control Panel". Once in there, within the "Main Menu" list you will see "View My Live Photos". Click on that and it will bring up a list of everything that you've got up. Just find the design sheet that's got the card incorrectly uploaded against it and click the "Send" button. This will send the card/design back to your quarantine. You can then re-try to attach your card photo to the correct design sheet.

If that doesn't work then send full details of exactly what is wrong in a Support Ticket to CUP. I'm sure they'll be able to help you.
