I've downloaded the blossom nesties studio file. Ihave the Silhoutte SD can I use this format? Everytime I try to open or import it, it causes Silhoutte to close!!!! Help please1 What am I doing wrong? I have other studio files which open no problem.

If you have bought a .studio file you should be able to open it in the "Silhouette Studio" software but not the ROBO Master software that came originally with CraftROBO or Silhouette SD electronic cutters. You do need to unzip the file you receive from CUP into a separate file before attempting to open it in your software. If you give details, such as the CUP number and designer of the item you are having problems with you may find the designer can give you some assistance, or possibly another crafter who's bought it may be able to help, or at least confirm that the file does work with them.
