Hi there Have you tried the tweezer type scissors? I hate ordinary scissors as they create grooves in my fingers after a while. I just love the tweezer type - they have such a fine point and you can get them curved and straight bladed - the curved ones are the ones I use the most. Unfortunately I can't remeber where I got them from but I am sure that you could google them. This company does them but I don't know how much the postage would be but at least it would give you an idea about what I am waffling on about!! Hope this helps. Elaine

Thanks for the hint Elaine. I have a pair of the tweezer scissors, but because my hands are now so deformed by rheumatoid arthritis, I can't hold them properly. I have so many pairs of small scissors that if my house was raided I would probably be arrested for having a cache of dangerous weapons...lol. It's just a matter of searching until I find the right pair.

Hi Tracey I seen that pick up tool on C & C last week and thought it was great and was going to order it. Then I thought ooohhh I will just check out ebay first so I did. I managed to get a pinflair easy pick up tool for £3.95 free p+p. Bargain. Its brand new. I have used it and its brilliant.

I like that pick up tool that the Craft Robo lot sell, especially as I have a Robbie. It does sooo much more than just pick up, very handy. Not going to order it from C & C though, £2.99 postage, I don't think so.

It's the same price, £ 5.99, on Graphtec's own site - here - as it is on Create and Craft, so if you are a member of the C & C club it's cheaper to get it from there. With small items like this I never buy it on its own, but only when I'm putting in a larger order of over three items, so in effect the postage is frozen and it costs nothing extra to get it delivered. It is a good tool. It's got something that looks like bluetak in the front and you just take the blob that sticks out off and twist out some more when it looses its tack. Plus of course there's the two little tools in the other end.

I have just received mine via a friend coming over. Used it last night for the first time and not one gem went flying across the room. Brilliant and worth every penny.
