Glitter Markers

Hi All.

I have only been crafting a couple of months and have really got into using stamps. I use promarkers to colour in (just about getting the hang of them, lol) and have been looking at glitter markers to give my pictures a lil sparkle. My question is what ones shall i go for. I have done a bit of research and it seems copic glitter pens are the best but i want to know actual opinions from you guys. I want the sparkle to show but not too in your face, just nice fine lines and being able to colour in small detail like collars, pockets, underskirts etc. Any and all advice appreciated.

Happy Crafting

Hi Stacy

I have not heard of the copic glitter pens, although I do have copic pens. The glitter pens I think are quite good are the Sakura gelly roll pens, I think they are stardust pens. They are very glittery at first when you put them on but once dried you get a subtle glittery look. You can buy them singularly to try from most crafts shops and they have a great colour range.

I also use Promarkers but add my Sakura for glitter highlights. Alternatively I use stickles or just the quickie glue pen and ultra fine glitter. It depends on the type of stamp.

I use a Sakura clear glitter pen on top of my Promarkers.
It leaves a lovely fine dusting of glitter.
Also use a quickie glue pen and ultra fine glitter

I use copic caio for colouring but have only just seen the glitter versions. Because I like the others so much I will probably get some. I use Stickles mostly and also Sakura for different effects

I love my Sakura stardust pens. You can use them with a little water & a paint brush too for a more subtle look. I think I use them on nealy every card I make!

I use Sakura stardust pens or Stickles crystal or diamond for a subtle effect, good luck.
