Hi sorry to bother you but is this just a sheet you cut out and if so how would you put the fan together? It has such a fantastic effect and where did you get the box from. Thank you

Thanks for your lovely comments. The card is actually a kit that I put together for craftsuprints website. You get everything in it to make the fan and the box. Well all except the ribbon LOL.
