Hi all I have never used this forum before I am a little confussed and to be truthfull afraid of it never been in a chat room in my life lol, wanted to say big thankyou to some people Helan Gomm and patricia buttler for displaying my work and to all the ladies for buying my toppers and creating wonderful cards with them, problem is I can't seem to get the thank you room to work for me. maybe now I have used this bit for the first time I will try again

Hi Carol

You are right that some features won't work for you until you've made some posts. For instance you need 5 posts (either starting a thread or replying to other threads) to be able to use the PM (Private Messages) system.

I'm sure you've already spotted the "Getting started" thread at the top of the "Newbie Room" and have had a read, and you've already spotted that "The Thank You Room" exists for saying thanks to people, so I guess you've already started browsing around. So just have fun in the forum and you'll soon find that you feel right at home. We were all "newbies" once, and this is the first forum I'd joined (after looking at a few and finding nothing that made me want to join them) so there are others around who've been through exactly what you are and are all ready to help, all you need to do is ask.

Hi Carol,
It's great to see you on the forum, I was wondering whether or not you posted because several weeks ago I posted a query for you in "Ask a Designer" about your brilliant "Stella & Gus" cards. After a while, with no answer, I raised a ticket and that helped with the query I had about selling the cards I made from the designs, but I'd love some of the designs, in my wishlist, as quick cards or corner/side stackers if possible.
I'm still very new to this myself, but it gets easier (I think), although I spend more time reading everyone else's posts than posting myself
