| New!
Hi,
I just thought I would introduce myself. I have just joined and hoping to expand my card making skills. I am interested in lots of crafts. I am doing 2 courses: a papercraft course and an arts and crafts course, both by distance learning.
I hope someone could help me. When I print off my downlands the colours are very light and not what they should be. Has any one experienced the same?
Thanks |

Hi honey, I see you're jumping in with both feet!!! coming in on your 1st day and popping in to join my Charity Cards group, you go girl xxxx Now as for your printer problem, 1st, have you got the setting set correctly for your printer?? 2nd, what type of card/paper do you use. I don't print onto card, I find printing onto matte photo paper gives a better colour finish, also, have my settings at "photo" or "best photo" all the time to ensure good quality print outs, is your printer set to RGB or colour enhance options?? so many reasone as to why this could be happening, try different settings and hopefully you'll get there TC DIane xx
PS welcome to the family honey hahaha forgot that bit hee hee xxxx

Nice to have you with us and welcome. We are very happy to have you here. We are very friendly and love to hear from other crafters. Please do ask any question you want, we always like to help were we can. All the things I was going to sugest for the printing problem has been covered by Dianne. If it's still bad post a new thread and we can rethink.
If you want a moan, this is the right place too. As for learning a bit more, do have a look through the tutorials and CUP TV Episodes to help you with some of the cards as we have a lot of different kinds here and a lot to choose from, as well as the normal. I have just put a CUP TV (77) on for a stunning 3D card that is really easy to make with 19 different designs. I do hope you like it. Please do keep posting here and become a member of our crafty family. It will help you in improving your cardmaking and papercrafts
