im about to order from designers this is the first time i have done this when i went to the checkout it says email address and then under it - it says password is this the password to get onto the site or is it my password for my email address

I have just helped a friend to order for the first time and she had to put a password in. You will then need to use this same password every time you order. It also lets you log in to your very own controle panel wher you can see a record of all your orders, even if you are not a registered cardmaker. Plus it gives you access to all your tombola plays, so you do need a password otherwise you will not have access to your own controle panel where you can log in any time you want and see all the latest news and crafter updates

HI Rae, the password you need is the password for the main site, once you've placed your ordewr go back to your control panel and at the top left you'll see itema available to download from orders, this will remain there for 1 week, remember when you download to have a folder on your PC in which to put your sheets, that way you'll lknow where to find them xx Every customer to CuP can now reserve items if they had a gold star, you can read more on this in my thread in the Main Message caentre, it's at the top of the section it's all about being a registered crafter and how it all works, if you need any help then shout out ok have fun with your downloads xx TC DIane xx

I assume you have got sorted out now. If not, give us another shout. I would suggest, since you are just starting to order, that you get your PC folders organised. I would suggest maybe by events, eg all Christmas cards, Get Well etc. Easier than trying to sort them out later. Some people do it by designer but its up to you, and please, please back-up your files. Hope you enjoy your designs
