Hello everyone, I too am new here. Just found the forum yesterday. I am a retired realtor, married to my dear hubby 53 years. I started out thinking I would like to do scrapbooking but find I like making cards much more. I also am learning how to do parchment craft. Very slow going with out a teacher. Hope to make many new friends here and learn from all of you as there are so many ways of making cards as I have found on CUP that I didn't even know about!

Welcome to the forum Ronny.

Parchment craft is one of the techniques on my "want to learn" list for this year, and I've started getting together some bits and pieces and instruction books, but having been ill for most of the year I'm saving the serious stuff until I'm feeling better. Whereas the old techniques are so familiar, and with sheets from this site, cards seem to practically make themselves, but I'm sure that I will need to be "on-the-ball" mentally to take on a new challange like parchment.

Hopefully we'll get to see some of your creations up in an album once you're settled in to give me some inspiration.
