Hi everyone

Hi

I signed up to the forum quite a wile ago, but never found the courage to post so here goes...

My name is Gemma and I'm 21, I have a little girl called Lily and we live in Hastings. Lily has just started going to nursery parttime, so I now have a bit more time and have started to try and make cards. Not sure if they are any good, but I am loving the main site and thought I would say hello in here.

Hi Mummygem

Welcome to the Nuthouse lol. It's a great place to be if you want information or just a good chat and a laugh. Lots of games and competitions etc but mustn't forget the lovely designs for sale. We have some great Designers and Cardmakers on this site. Hope you find the time to have a good look at some of the cards that have been made. Click on my link at the bottom if you wish and have a look at some of mine.

Lots of people have links so look out for them when they post messages.

Enjoy yourself but be warned IT CAN BECOME VERY ADDICTIVE!!!!!

Thanks everyone!

I haven't been able to go on my laptop for the last couple of days, my little girl Lily has been really poorly with a tummy bug. It has been going around her nursery school and they all seem to be coming down with it. She is much better today, but I have been really worried about her.

Hi Gemma, a warm welcome to the forum, it's a great place to relax and spend a bit of time (and money lol). Yes, it can be a bit of worry when your little one is not very well but they are so resillient and I'm sure she'll bounce back in no time at all

Thanks Gabrielle,

Yes I was panicking there for a bit, but she seems fine now and has gone back to nursery school today. I just hated feeling so helpless, its the first time she has been that poorly, apart from the odd cold.

Hope Lily is feeling a lot better. They can be a worry cant they. The main thing with making cards is to enjoy it. Its your card so nothing is right or wrong. Thats what we are always being told at craft club anyway. must go now. Early lunch today as I off out.
