Yes you can print them off and make a 'real' scrapbook from them.

To do the 12x12 pages you will need an A3 printer or you can take them to somewhere that will print A3.

You can still make your 'covers' the real way if you wish and then put your sheets inside it.

It's also a good way to do some hybrid s-bkg, adding a few "real" elements to your digi pages.
