Hybrid scrapbooking is the combination of both traditional scrapbooking and digital scrapbooking.
Yes I mix them. Print out papers etc, even frames and then use bibs and bobs from around the house/sewing etc as embellishments. Print out quick pages (digital) and add the photos, then embellish with various items (traditional).
Its very rare that I just make a page in PSP and print it out and leave as is......(digital).
I also make sure that any digital pages I make have lots of room for the more 'traditional' journalling or embellishments rather than just fill the page up with graphics.

| Yes, I love hybrid
It allows me less clutter, less expense, & more options. I hope someday there will be more selection on this site in the scrapbooking categories. I just started using Paint.net after having used Microsoft Publisher for a few years.

The only scrapbooking I have done so far is purely digital. I scan my photos onto the computer and then add all sorts of digital embellishments to my page to complete it.

Personally, I prefer digital, but I have loads of embellies for traditional. Wish I could exchange the "stuff" for graphics! |

I prefer digital as well. I was just trying to get a feel for how many people out there like hybrid scrapbooking.
Thanks for your replies.
