I made pumpkin cookies yesterday, none left this morning when I got up, and I only managed to get one, so next batch on way, I know I can't upload the taste, but trust me......YUMMMMMMMIEEEEEEEE.

I know hubby will love them as pumpkin is his favourite veg - though I don't think we get canned pumpkin here so I'll have to puree it myself.
