Hi Liz xx trying so hard not to overdo things, honest xx I've been feeling so run down and tired at the minute, just the other night I was in total agony, pain in my stomach and burning sensation all the way up my back, it was awful !!! I believe I have a high pain threshold, so, for me to want to go lie down is something that rarely happens, I just want to get to see the specialist and see what's gonna happen next, as a single mum I can't be in pain like this, especially not with my wee one to run around after !!! I have the appointment for my ultra sound scan this Friday, so, hopefully I'll find out what this issue with cysts on my ovaries is, it may be them that's causing me to feel so tired and run down, doesn't seem to matter how much sleep I get I'm still exhausted each morning, dragging myself out of bed is such an effort, but I have to get the wee boy to school. Swimming is something I don't do, I'm petrified of water, nearly drowned when I was younger and have been scared whitless ever since, I'll just bide my time and hope that the problems are all sorted out soon, fingers crossed eh I have to hope that the snow we're being threatened with doesn't amount to much, I was a tad scared walking outside when it was frosty, never mind snowy !!! but, I have my grips for my shoes at the ready lol xxxx TC Diane xx

Hi Diane,
I am having treatment from a chiropractor here is Spain & he has just started me on Spinal decompression therapy. Have been struggling with my back for almost 2 years. Anyway, 2nd treatment of the SCT & there was a popping sound & the pain disappeared. Turns out that the disc which has been out of place since my problem started just popped back into where it should be. Dont know if you have anyone near you that does same treatment but definately worth looking at x

Thanks Deborah xx Suzi, I'm not completely sure who it is I'm waiting to see, I think it's an osteopath, I'm kinda hoping that I'll see whoever it is and they can maybe "pop" the disc back to where it should be, I saw a physio around 2 years ago when I had bother with my shoulder, she popped a few sections of my back, it was the most awful crunching sound but, after it had been done, the relief I felt in my shoulder was excellent, if that can be done with this disc then I'll be delighted cos surgery is 1 thing I don't need, not with me having no-one here to help run the house whilst I recover, plus, don't think I'd like the idea of climbing the stairs lol, could go up on my bum hahaha fingers crossed it wont come to that xxxx TC Diane xx

Well, went for ultra sound scan today the lady doing the scan informed me that the MRI scan had picked up multiple cysts on the right ovary, when she was doing the scan she found them on the left??? think they're playing hide and seek lol, I've to wait now until she consults with a doctor as to what was showing in the MRI, so, at the minute, it's inconclusive!!!! will have to wait to see if I get called back for another scan, should know in the next week or so if I have to go back or if they'll give me a clean bill of health, apart from my back that is lol xxx TC Diane xx

Fingers crossed Diane that they sort this out real soon. It's been going on too long. Don't forget to rest as much as possible (when you can that is lol). Hugs are on their way.
