Hi everyone
Newbie here. I wonder if anyone can give advice. I can log into the forums without a hitch. But when i move over to the card making in the cup department I am no longer logged in and when I try and log in with my email addy it tells me that my email is not recognized, which is really strange because I get the cup newsletter. Any help or advice would be apreciated.

Hi Tess and welcome to the forum, nice to meet you.

When you log into the forum you have a user name and password and then when you go over to the cup site you have to enter your email address and the password you used when you first signed on with cup.


Hope this helps and you can log into it now.

I think you missunderstood my question sorry. the cup site does not recognise my email even though they send me emails weekly I contacted the site administrators over a week ago and have had no responce.

Thank you anyway. I will try and buy a card and see if I can get it all sorted out that way.

Hi Teresa. If you are having problems just fill in a "Support Ticket" erxplaining you problem and you will very soon get an answer back Explaining what you myst do. Take care, John.
PS. Your minimum order for cards has to be £5.00.

I have the problem the other way round!! I log in and I can't access anything, when I try to log in again it says the same - doesn't recognise my e-mail addy!!

Thank you to all who helped.
I sorted out the problem. I bought some cards and it took me to a page that I had not seen before (asked for my email address and home address and phone number) so filled that in paid for my beautiful cards ( That I cant wait to make, Unfortunately not today) and then I logged in and whoo hoo I was accepted. Yeah for me I guess its just a matter of learning the site and where everything is. But on the whole it is a very easy site to manage..

It's good to know that you've now been able to buy some designs on the main CUP site and log into your Crafter Control Panel there as well. The thing to remember is that the craftsUprint site and this sister site, Craftforums, run on different servers with different usernames and passwords, so what you use on one to log in isn't the same on the other (username being E-mail address on CUP but not on Craftforums). Hope we'll get to see a picture of what you create with your buy when you've finished making them.
