| Valentine's Day Humour
Hi Everyone!
Valentine's Day is coming up fast, and it got me thinking. I'm single... which is fab, no offence boys lol! Obviously I won't be spending it in the traditional way, but I can still enjoy it... right?
So... I found this and it made me giggle
Roger, who was 19 years old, was buying an expensive bracelet, to surprise his girlfriend on Valentine's Day, at a very smart jeweller's shop in Hatton Garden, London.
The jeweller inquired, 'Would you like your girlfriend's name engraved on it?'
Roger thought for a moment, grinned, then answered, 'No, instead engrave "To my one and only love".'
The jeweller smiled and said, 'Yes, sir; how very romantic of you.'
Roger retorted with a glint in his eye, 'Not exactly romantic, but very practical. This way, if we break up, I can use it again
Very unromantic, but I bet it happens lol!!
So who else has a funny love/valentine's related joke or story, real or not? I would to read them!
Sal x

Offended, me, no, although you've obviously not found the right man yet lol!
Here's one Jim asked his friend, Tony, whether he had bought his wife anything for Valentine's Day. 'Yes,' came the answer from Tony who was a bit of a chauvinist, 'I've bought her a belt and a bag.' 'That was very kind of you,' Jim added, 'I hope she appreciated the thought.' Tony smiled as he replied, 'So do I, and hopefully the vacuum cleaner will work better now.'
Sorry thats probably a very male joke, sorry ladies |

I don't have a joke but I do have a story
When my husband was getting ready to pop the question he dropped loads and loads of hints, he'd ask what rings I liked when we passed a jewellers, wanted to know my ring size, spoke to my Mum about permission, etc etc, - yes my Mum told me lol! Anyway, all of this was leading up to Valentine's day, so I was sooooooo excited. Valentine's Day came and we went out to a really nice restaurant for a meal, and I was certain that this was it, and he bent down under the table to reach for something and pulled out... a teddy bear. I have a big thing for tatty teddy, and he had bought me a small boxed one. I couldn't hide my disappointment and was awful to him for the rest of the night. The next day came, and when he got back from work I was still sulking... yes spoilt I know lol! He asked me if I liked my teddy bear. I said of course I did, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting. He was smiling really weird at me and I was getting really wound up lol! Then he told me to look again, so I did. In between the tatty teddy's legs was a ring box! I opened it and by this time I was feeling a mixture of feelings - I felt terrible for being so awful and over the moon at what was happening. Yes inside was an engagement ring... I was delighted, that was 10 years ago, and we have been married nearly 5, don't know how he puts up with me lol! And I still have my teddy bear complete with the ring box in between it's legs ; )

Don't know any jokes but I do know a man ,that when he decided to divorce his first wife he took the engagement ring out of her jewelery box. Then used that engagement ring to propose to another woman a few years later. When that didn't work out he took the ring with plans to use it a third time. Cheap skate I think
